North Carolina medical building sells for $4.7M

A medical office building in Winston-Salem, N.C., has sold for $4.7 million, according to an Aug. 14 report from the Winston-Salem Journal.

The building was sold to a consortium of four Raleigh, N.C.-based groups, according to a deed filed Aug. 14. 

The buyers include Selwyn Holdings (31.3% ownership stake), Hesbros II (22.9%), Mattox Ventures (22.9%) and Worthy Lewis Wild Turkey (22.9%). 

The building was sold by Morh County Park of Dallas, according to the report.
