Massachusetts medical office building sells for $24M

A medical office building in Wellesley, Mass., has sold for $24.3 million, according to a June 21 report from ConnectCRE.

The property is fully leased to 22 tenants, including Somerville, Mass.-based Mass General Brigham and Burlington, Mass.-based Tufts Medicine, which jointly hold 67,264 square feet of space and provide various medical specialties. 

The property was sold to a joint venture between Sendero Capital and TPG Angelo Gordon, which launched a year ago.
