Intalere recognized its member facilities for initiatives in lowering costs, improving operations and supply chain management. The Bluegrass Specialty Surgery Center shared the award with the University of Vermont Health Network in Burlington, Vt., and University of Chicago Medicine.

“Intalere members are making great strides in improving operations, enhancing patient care and satisfaction and educating their communities. The importance of these types of initiatives is illustrated even more during critical times such as these,” said Julius Heil, Intalere president and CEO.

The winners will be recognized in Intalere’s annual best practices compendium, a compilation of success stories for members to use as a resource.
