South Carolina Surgery Center Acquired by Cogdell Spencer

Real estate investment trust Cogdell Spencer acquired St. Francis Outpatient Center in Greenville, S.C. in July, according to a news release on the company’s third quarter 2010 financial results.

St. Francis Outpatient Center is approximately 72,000 square feet and houses outpatient ORs and inpatient and outpatient radiology. The property is leased entirely by St. Francis Hospital, a subsidiary of Bon Secours Health System.

 

Cogdell Spencer developed the property and has managed it on behalf of a third party since it opened in 2001.
