Ten specialties that had the highest pay increase by percentage:
1. Pediatrics: 9 percent
2. Preventative medicine: 8 percent
3. Pediatric hematology and oncology: 7 percent
4. Pediatric cardiology: 7 percent
5. Geriatrics: 6 percent
6. Neurology: 6 percent
7. General surgery: 6 percent
8. Pediatric gastroenterology: 5 percent
9. Dermatology: 5 percent
10. Psychiatry: 5 percent
