Four things to know:
1. The three single-tenant buildings are in Oklahoma City, Ocala, Fla., and Dublin, Ohio.
2. JLL is offering 100 percent ownership interest in the 37,828 square feet of rentable space.
3. ASC space makes up 71 percent of the portfolio, “providing highly inelastic tenant demand with the continuing shift in healthcare being delivered to outpatient settings,” said JLL’s Brannan Knott.
4. The portfolio’s tenants include Deerfield, Ill.-based Surgical Care Affiliates and Brentwood, Tenn.-based Surgery Partners.
