Pennsylvania surgery center snags $12.8M loan

Wexford-based Western Pennsylvania Surgery Center secured a $12.8 million construction loan to finance the development of a multispecialty surgery center in Center Township, The Times reports.

What you should know:

1. The center will feature medical office space. The outpatient facility and medical offices will be a combined 47,432 square feet.

2. Developers expect the center will be open in late 2020.

3. The center will include orthopedics, pain management and ophthalmology.

4. The center is 86 percent preleased.
