Dr. Pochapin is the Sholtz/Leeds professor of gastroenterology, and is the vice chair for clinical affairs at the NYU Department of Medicine. Dr. Pochapin’s research focuses on gut bacteria’s effect on the development and prevention of disease.
In his clinical practice, Dr. Pochapin performs endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopies and endoscopies.
