Tenet attempting to refinance $4.2B in outstanding notes through offering

Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare laid out the details of its $4.2 billion private placement offering.

The company is attempting to refinance $4.2 billion of its outstanding debt. Tenet will use the offering to pay off notes of varied interest rates that are due in 2020 and 2021.
