13,000 procedures, 10,000 patients: Pend Oreille Surgery Center celebrates 10 years

The Ponderay, Idaho-based Pend Oreille Surgery Center is celebrating its 10th anniversary May 13. Since opening, the ASC’s clinicians have cared for over 10,000 patients, and physicians at the center have performed over 13,000 procedures.

The ASC’s physicians specialize in orthopedics, podiatry, general surgery and endoscopy. The center is locally managed and owned by physicians Michael DiBenedetto, MD, Charles Crane, MD, Jonathan Fisher, DPM, Chase Williams, MD, and Michael Schicker, DO.

The surgery center embraces price transparency and offers cash pay package prices for commonly performed procedures. The ASC is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, and certified by Medicare and Medicaid.
