1. Union County, N.J. prosecutors charged Dr. Tyshkov with a count of sexual assault and a count of criminal sexual contact. He faces five to 10 years if convicted.
2. Dr. Tyshkov treated the patient for more than a decade.
3. Dr. Tyshkov allegedly assaulted the patient during medical exams between April 2016 and March 2019.
4. Police arrested Dr. Tyshkov March 29. He was being held in jail pending a first appearance and detention hearing.
