Schenectady, N.Y.-based Ellis Medical Center received approval to add an ASC to its existing building, The Daily Gazette reports.

1. The Clifton Park Planning Board unanimously approved Ellis Medical Center’s proposal but had several stipulations for the approval.

2. Ellis promised to mitigate stormwater runoff on the property, at the request of a neighboring property.

3. The addition will double the size of Ellis Medical Center’s building, bringing it to 62,000 square feet.
