1. Center For Sight will perform the procedures through its annual Mission Cataract program.

2. The program is offered in partnership with the ASCRS Foundation and Operation Sight.

3. U.S. citizens or resident aliens without insurance who are living at or below the poverty line can qualify for free treatment. Center For Sight is accepting applications.

4. Center For Sight has seven offices. The multispecialty physician group provides ophthalmology, optometry, dermatology and cosmetic facial surgery.
