Colonie surgery center secures $8.2M construction loan — 3 insights

Albany, N.Y.-based providers OrthoNY, Albany ENT, and St. Peter’s Hospital secured an $8.2 million construction loan to pay for their surgery center in Colonie, N.Y., the New York Real Estate Journal reports.

2. The two-story building will total 53,897 feet. The second floor will be dedicated to a 22,000-square-foot surgery center.

3. The center will provide orthopedic and ENT services. It will also serve as Albany ENT’s main office.
