2. Powell’s planning and zoning commission gave preliminary approval to the development plan Aug. 8, 2018.
3. Commission member Ed Cooper said, “This is a benefit for not only our residents, but the whole area. Instead of having to drive down to Columbus, we’re now bringing [Columbus] to them.”
