What you should know:
1. Anchor Health Properties entered into the Seattle market through the transaction.
2. Anchor acquired The Doctors Clinic portfolio of two class A medical office buildings, which is currently undergoing a $500 million expansion. Anchor also acquired the Woodlands Medical Office Building.
3. Anchor will provide asset and property management services at all three properties. Anchor now manages more than four million square feet of properties.
4. Anchor CEO Ben Ochs said, “These high-quality assets will serve as our flagship properties to establish a Seattle market presence for the firm and our investors.
