GI leader to know: Dr. Kofi Clarke of the Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center

Kofi Clarke, MD, is the gastroenterology and hepatology division chief at the Hershey-based Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Dr. Clarke’s primary clinical and research interests are celiac disease and inflammatory bowel disease.

Additionally, Dr. Clarke performs screenings for colon cancer and treats patients with acute gastrointestinal conditions.

He completed his gastroenterology fellowship at the East Lansing-based Michigan State University.
