Dr. Farah also serves as the chief quality officer of the Gastroenterology Allegheny (Pa.) Health Network.
She is an assistant professor of medicine at the Philadelphia-based Temple University School of Medicine.
Dr. Farah received her medical degree from the Washington, D.C.-based George Washington University School of Medicine.
She completed her residency and fellowship at the Pittsburgh-based Western Pennsylvania Hospital.
