Patient Preferred Physicians and Practitioners named Isaac Raijman, MD, a patient preferred physician in Texas.

Karima Boubekeur, PhD, is leaving AstraZeneca to join Tillotts Pharma AG as global head of innovation.

M. Aamir Ali, MD, and Kristin Attiogbe, CRNP, joined Rockville, Md.-based Capital Digestive Care.

Steven Brown, MD, will receive the Humanitarian of the Year award from the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation’s Connecticut chapter at the group’s “Bottoms Up” event, Nov. 2 in Hartford.

The Bruce and Cynthia Sherman Charitable Foundation awarded three 2018 Sherman Prices to Pittsburgh-based UPMC’s David Binion, MD, New York City-based Mount Sinai Hospitals’ Jean-Frederic Colombel, MD, and Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic’s Amy Lightner, MD.
