1. Mr. Ozumba was found guilty of aggravated sexual assault after two and a half hours of deliberation in a trial held in Collin County, northeast of Dallas.
2. Six additional sex assault cases are pending against Mr. Ozumba, with the Texas Medical Board accusing him of sexually assaulting nine patients and of inappropriate sexual conduct with four others.
3. Mr. Ozumba’s medical license was suspended in 2017 a week after his arrest.
