Oh baby! The 5 best healthcare & pharmaceutical companies for new dads

While 20 tech companies made Fatherlys ranking of the 50 best places for new dads to work, only five healthcare and pharmaceutical companies were included.

Johnson & Johnson ranked No. 26; Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ ranked No. 29 and Boston Scientific took the No. 30 spot. BASF, which manufactures chemical compounds for products such as ibuprofen, came in at No. 31. Pharmaceutical company Genentech ranked No. 20.

New York City-based American Express took the No. 1 spot.

Here are the best places to work for new dads broken down by industry:

1. Healthcare & medical: 4 percent
2. Manufacturing & consumer goods: 4 percent
3. Retail: 4 percent
4. E-commerce: 4 percent
5. Pharmaceuticals: 6 percent
6. Media & entertainment: 6 percent
7. Legal & consulting: 8 percent
8. Finance: 24 percent
9. Technology: 40 percent
