GI leader to know: Dr. Cory Halliburton of Vermont Gastroenterology

Cory Halliburton, MD, is a gastroenterologist at Colchester-based Vermont Gastroenterology.

He specializes in inflammatory bowel disease and diseases of the liver.

After earning his medical degree from Charleston-based Medical University of South Carolina, he completed a residency at Portland, Ore.-based Providence St. Vincent Medical Center and a fellowship at Chicago-based Cook County Hospital.

Dr. Halliburton is also on the staff of Burlington-based University of Vermont Medical Center.
