U.S. Dermatology Partners snags another — Acquires Trinity Dermatology

Dallas-based U.S. Dermatology Partners acquired Carrollton, Texas-based Trinity Dermatology, — its second acquisition this week.

Here’s what you should know.

1. Trinity has five physicians on staff, and the acquisition expands USDP’s presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area to 35 physicians.

2. USDP now has more than 100 physician partners in the state of Texas.

3. Mark Ray, MD, founded Trinity Dermatology in 1990. The practice offers both medical and dermatologic treatments.

4. Dr. Ray said of the acquisition, “Our practice has grown steadily over the last 28 years. We believe that partnering with USDP allows us to continue that growth and to enhance our ability to provide the best skin care to our patients. It’s exciting to be part of such a dynamic organization.”
