Arlington-based Texas Health Physicians Group, part of Texas Health Resources, has filed plans to construct an outpatient services and physician practice medical center in Arlington, Texas, according to a Sept. 21 report from Arlington Report.
The $13.5 million project will be about 55,000 square feet and house Texas Health Physicians Group practices specializing in adult and family medicine, orthopedic services and heart and vascular care.
The building, which has been referred to as Texas Health Resources Arlington Centralized Ambulatory Center, will also include sports medicine care provided by Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital.
Construction of the facility will start in April 2027, with a completion date expected in August 2027, the report said.
