2. Jeffrey Niezgoda, MD, serves as president, CEO and corporate medical director of AZH Centers.
3. AZH, which stands for Advancing the Zenith of Healthcare, launched a Limb Preservation Center in Milwaukee in 2017. The facility specializes in wound care and vascular medicine for peripheral vascular disease and ulcerative critical limb ischemia.
