2. The new investors are joining SVP’s lead private equity partner Blue Sea Capital.

3. SVP helps ophthalmology practices and ASCs in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut grow. SVP partnered with Ophthalmic Consultants of Long Island (N.Y.); Island Eye Surgicenter in Long Island; Ophthalmic Consultants of Connecticut in Fairfield; and New Vision Cataract Center in Norwalk, Conn.
