USPI to anchor Texas medical office building — 4 insights

Construction is nearing completion on a three-story, 50,000-square-foot medical office building in Plano, Texas, and United Surgical Partners International will serve as the anchor tenant, Dallas Business Journal reports.

Here’s what you should know:

1. USPI will occupy the entire third floor of the building. They’re expected to move in by April.

2. The building is located on the campus of Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Plano.

3. The building was planned and developed by Heady Investments.

4. Heady Investments anticipates receiving an occupancy certificate for the building by March 1.
