Here’s what you should know:
1. The facility includes office space, outpatient clinics including a surgery center and imaging services.
2. Both organizations received significant blowback on the facility for not including inpatient care, an emergency room or a birthing center. Despite the complaints, the Grand Haven Township board approved the facility, six votes to one.
3. The center will offer primary care, urgent care, specialty care, imaging and outpatient surgery services. Center providers will specialize in ENT, gastroenterology, orthopedics and sports medicine, among others.
