Here are five things to know:
1. Methodist Allen Surgery Center opened its 10,000-square-foot facility in 2017 with the aim of providing high-quality care with short wait times and affordable prices.
2. The ASC includes three operating rooms and three procedure rooms where surgeons perform procedures. The multispecialty center includes orthopedics, ENT, pain management, plastic surgery, sports medicine, gynecology and general surgery.
3. Beyond the typical outpatient procedures, Methodist Allen supports an outpatient total joint replacement program.
4. In addition to the AAAHC accreditation, Methodist Allen is fully accredited by Medicare and licensed by the state of Texas.
5. Twenty-seven physicians perform procedures at the ASC.
