Here’s what you should know:

1. The Joint Commission redesigned the survey through Project REFRESH. The new survey will be implemented for surveys after Jan. 1, 2018.

2. The survey will provide information in easy-to-read tables. Survey results will be provided in both a PDF and downloadable Excel file format.

3. The new survey will be organized into six sections, including cover page, executive summary, what’s next — follow-up activity and survey findings.
