USPI, Montana health system open surgery center; USPI/Tenet adds 3 centers in 8-month period & more: 4 ASC company key notes

Here are four updates on ASC management companies for healthcare leaders to note:

Bozeman (Mont.) Health is opening a new $20 million clinic, equipped with a surgery center, alongside United Surgical Partners International and local physicians. The surgery center is replacing the health system’s Bozeman (Mont.) Health Same Day Surgery Center.

Over the past eight months, USPI and Tenet Healthcare has added three centers. Tenet had nearly 460 outpatient centers as of June 30.

Surgical Care Affiliates has a target price of $50, according to Stock News Times.

During the week of Oct. 2 to Oct. 6, Hospital Corporation of America shares fell 3.7 percent, trading at $76.62 per share.
