Throughout his career at Physicians Surgery Centers, Mr. Cozen has been an active member in developing ASC joint ventures with physicians.
His past leadership experience includes CFO of Van Nuys-based Southern California Orthopedic Institute. He expanded Southern California Orthopedic Institute from a six-physician, one-location practice to an 18-physician, six-location group during his time there.
