Charlotte Joint Venture Seeks Permission for ENT ASC

A North Carolina joint venture is seeking state permission to build an ENT ASC, according to a report by The Charlotte Observer.

Randolph Surgery Center, a JV between Carolinas HealthCare System and CEENTA Surgery, a subsidiary of Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates, wants to open a $1.3 million ASC with two ORs and 14,000 square feet of space.

The decision on the project is expected by December, according to the report.
