3. New York City’s Board of Standards and Appeals would need to grant an exception for a potential parking garage on the property. Preliminary plans have allocated less than the required amount of parking spots for a building of its size.
4. The systems’ other facilities provide services including gastroenterology, internal medicine, oncology, obstetrics, pulmonary care and family medicine. It’s expected this center would feature similar specialties.
