1. Allergan and Forest Labs are suing Sun Pharma over the company’s abbreviated new drug application for Linzess.

2. Linzess treats chronic constipation and irritable bowel syndrome. Allergan and Forest want a court order to prevent Sun Pharma from bringing Linzess to market.
