Minneapolis-based Minnesota Gastroenterology is expanding into Woodbury, Minn.

Physicians Endoscopy purchased a minority stake in East Patchogue, N.Y.-based Great South Bay Endoscopy.

Miami-based Gastro Health acquired Miami’s Pediatric Gastroenterology Associates, becoming the largest pediatric gastroenterology provider in south Florida.
