UCHealth expanding in Denver through new ASC: 3 key points

UCHealth is building a new five-story building which includes an ASC, according to Colorado Real Estate Journal.

Here are three key points:

1. The building is 89,000 square feet.

2. In addition to the surgery center, providers will offer cancer care, women’s care as well as primary and advanced care.

3. UC Health is expanding through its partnership with Brookhaven Capital Partners, a real estate and infrastructure investment firm.
