Ms. Kellay is also an administrator for Clinton Charter Township, Mich.-based Tri County Center for Endoscopy & Surgery and a partner in High Pointe (N.C.) Healthcare Administrative Services.
Ms. Kellay earned her bachelor’s degree from Kalamazoo-based Western Michigan University. She then earned a master of science degree from Mount Pleasant-based Central Michigan University.
