North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is proud to announce its recognition ranking number one for the Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Confidence in Anesthesia Department, in the SPH Analytics’ 2015/2016 APEX Quality Award. NAPA won top honors over 800 other anesthesia departments in various ambulatory surgical sites across multiple healthcare markets and 31 states. The recognition is as a result of the care team’s ability to demonstrate the highest level of excellence in patient satisfaction and overall care in the 12-month evaluation period. NAPA’s anesthesia team serves APEX Quality Award recipient, Southington Surgery Center, a Hartford HealthCare affiliate. Winners are determined based solely on patient feedback and evidence-based success.
