North Country Initiative chooses Lightbeam for population health management platform: 4 key notes

Watertown, N.Y.-based North Country Initiative partnered with Irving, Texas-based Lightbeam Health Solutions for its population health management platform.

Here’s what you should know.

1. Lightbeam’s software will allow North Country Initiative physicians to incorporate clinical and claim data into patient care plans.

2. By creating more optimum care plans, Lightbeam projects it’ll cut North Country Initiative’s costs.

3. North Country Initiative selected every element of Lightbeam’s platform, and will incorporate all available services as soon as possible.

4. Lightbeam is replacing a previous vendor for North Country Initiative, whose platform wasn’t fully compliant with state regulations.
