NC, US officials file motions to reverse lower court ban on state’s Medicaid expansion request: 3 key notes

After U.S. District Court Judge Louise Flanagan banned South Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper’s (D) Medicaid expansion request, several state and federal officials filed court motions to lift the ban on Sept. 16, 2017, the Charlotte Observer reports.
