UMBD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine expands: 3 things to know

Buffalo, N.Y.-based UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is expanding its practice, Buffalo Business First reports.

Here’s what you need to know.

1. The practice moved the administration and researchers out of its 5,700-square-foot office to convert the spaces into 12 exam rooms and a third X-ray room.

2. The offices were relocated to the practice’s Cheektowaga, N.Y., office.

3. The expansion follows a period of rapid expansion throughout the practice. In 2014, UBMD opened a 30,000-square-foot center. UBMD has another office in a 33,200-square-foot medical office building.
