GI leader to know: Dr. Thomas E. Trouillot of Colorado Gastroenterology

Thomas Trouillot, MD, is a gastroenterologist at Denver-based Colorado Gastroenterology.

Dr. Trouillot subspecializes in treating liver disease.

His career began after he earned his medical degree from the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine. He completed his residency and his fellowship at the Boulder-based University of Colorado Health Services Center before he joined the school’s faculty.

In 2001, Dr. Trouillot left academic practice to enter into private practice.

Dr. Trouillot is a member of several professional organizations including the American Gastroenterological Association and the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease.

Outside of his professional career, Dr. Trouillot is married with two children.
