2. Alabama: 35.6 percent
3. Mississippi: 35.6 percent
4. West Virginia: 35.6 percent
5. Kentucky: 34.6 percent
6. Arkansas: 34.5 percent

8. Oklahoma: 33.9 percent
9. Tennessee: 33.8 percent
10. Missouri: 32.4 percent
11. Texas: 32.4 percent

Lowest:

1. Colorado: 20.2 percent
2. Washington, DC: 22.1 percent
