1. The IHA includes 209 hospital members and 50 health system members.
2. The partnership will allow the IHA’s members to use The Geneia Institute’s population health management programs.
3. The IHA will also use The Geneia Institute’s population health learning and action network initiative.
4. The Geneia Institute offers courses to help healthcare providers switch to a value-based, population health-focused atmosphere.
5. The institute provides the modules online, with some lasting 10 minutes and others lasting several hours.
