Communities Health Charities honors organizations for raising money for health charities: 3 notes

Chicago-based Communities Health Charities, a nonprofit connecting employees with health charities, named five 2015 Health Champions.

Here are three notes:

1. The Health Champions include San Francisco-based Wells Fargo, Indianapolis-based Anthem Foundation, Hopkins, Minn.-based UnitedHealth Group, New York City-based American Express and Stratford, Conn.-based Sikorsky Aircraft.

2. Community Health Charities honored these organizations for executing campaigns to encourage their employees to give and volunteer in the health industry.

3. Employees from these five organizations raised more than $9 million in total for the member charities.
