Dr. Thakkar focuses on nutrition and endoscopy, providing care for constipation, abdominal pain, irritable bowel syndrome, obesity, reflux and food allergies. He most recently provided care at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston.
Dr. Thakkar earned his medical degree at Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock. He then completed his residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and his fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children’s Hospital.
