Andrew Ringel, MD, joined Pensacola, Fla.-based Baptist Medical Group, according to a Pensacola News Journal report.

1. Dr. Ringel focuses on comprehensive care of the digestive system.

2. He has a professional interest in barium enema, biopsy, colonoscopy, gastroesophageal reflux surgery and Crohn’s disease.  

3. He completed his residency and gastroenterology fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
