Waukesha-based Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin is the first surgery center in the state to offer Blue Belt Technologies’ Navio Surgical System for partial knee replacement surgery.

Here are four things to know:

 

1. The ASC has completed more than 30 procedures with the Navio system.

 

2. The surgical system provides robotic assistance that relays precise information about the patient’s knee to a robotic tool.

 

3. The Navio system also does not require a pre-operative scan.

 

4. Orthopaedic Associates of Wisconsin is one of the largest independent providers of orthopedics in the state.
