Here are five things to know about the project.
1. The new facility will include 67,000 square feet for the clinic, surgery center, MRI and physical therapy services, according to the report. The building is being developed on seven acres of land in Delafield, Wis.
2. The project is expected to cost $20 million.
3. The surgery center will open in June 2016, and the clinic will open in May 2016.
4. Mark Smith services as chief administrative officer of the Orthopedic Associates of Wisconsin.
5. The orthopedics group was founded more than 40 years ago and now includes 14 physicians.
